Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer shipping from the United Kingdom to Germany.
The available shipping options are:
Free standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 4–5 business days.
Insured express shipping, costing €4.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs procedures, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery deadlines and responsibility for goods in transit remain unaffected. Unless otherwise agreed or legally permitted, we remain responsible for the goods until you or a person designated by you receives them.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
