This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made through our online store. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable German, Belgian or European Union consumer law.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions.

Condition of Returned Products

You may handle and inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be permitted to do in a physical shop.

 

You may be responsible for a reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection, where the law permits us to claim such a reduction and the applicable information requirements have been met.

 

Any applicable statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain in effect.

 

These may include certain personalized products, perishable goods and sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal conditions are satisfied.

 

We will not apply an exception merely because a product has been opened. The relevant legal conditions must be met.

You must return goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal, unless another applicable legal rule provides otherwise. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

 

Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return under the statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were properly informed of that responsibility before the purchase.

 

If the goods are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, applicable statutory remedies apply. We will not require you to bear costs that the law places on us.

Refunds for Withdrawn Orders

If you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will refund the payments received for the returned goods and the applicable standard delivery costs.

 

If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery we offered, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost attributable to your choice of the more expensive option.

 

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to the legal right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

 

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and no additional fee is charged to you for the alternative method.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, is defective, does not match its description or is not the product you ordered, contact info@nulqeravi.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the situation but are not a condition for exercising a legal right where the law does not permit such a condition.

 

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

 

For consumers covered by EU statutory conformity rules, the legal guarantee generally provides at least two years of protection for non-conforming goods, subject to the applicable rules and national implementation. This legal protection is separate from any voluntary commercial guarantee.

 

Refund Processing

Once a refund is due, we will initiate it within the applicable legal deadline. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
