Shipping Destination
Nulqeravi.com currently ships orders from the United Kingdom to Germany.
Delivery is available under the shipping options displayed during checkout. If your address is outside the delivery area supported by the checkout, the order may not be accepted for that destination.
Available Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options for eligible orders to Germany.
Free standard shipping
Cost: €0
Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days.
Insured express shipping
Cost: €4.95
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
The shipping option and cost applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after they have been received and the applicable payment and order checks have been completed.
We have not specified a separate order-processing time. The delivery estimates above should therefore not be interpreted as a guaranteed period from the moment an order is submitted.
Where a specific delivery date or deadline has been agreed, applicable contractual and statutory requirements will apply.

Shipping Origin and Customs
Orders covered by this policy are dispatched from the United Kingdom and delivered to Germany.
Because the United Kingdom and Germany have different customs and tax arrangements, import procedures or charges may apply depending on the goods, the transaction and the arrangements under which the goods are shipped.
We will provide information about taxes, delivery charges and any additional costs payable by the customer where required by applicable law before the purchase is completed. We do not promise that no import charges will ever apply without confirming the actual fulfilment and tax arrangements.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you discover an error after ordering, contact info@nulqeravi.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
You remain responsible for providing accurate delivery information, without prejudice to our legal obligations and any rights you may have if a delivery problem occurs.
Delivery and Risk of Loss
Unless a different arrangement is legally permitted and expressly agreed, we remain responsible for the goods until you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.
If your parcel does not arrive, arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, contact info@nulqeravi.com so that we can investigate the issue.
The insured express shipping option is offered for €4.95. The specific scope of the insurance, coverage limits and claims procedure have not been independently confirmed. Please contact us for details before relying on a particular insurance benefit.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, the recipient's absence or another delivery issue, the carrier may follow its own redelivery or collection procedures.
If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you where reasonably possible to determine the next steps. Any additional shipping costs or refund adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Nothing in this policy permits us to charge you fees that are prohibited by consumer law.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact info@nulqeravi.com and provide your order number and relevant details.
We will review the circumstances and take the steps required by applicable law and our delivery arrangements.
Your statutory rights are not dependent on whether a carrier's insurance claim succeeds.
